Karapoosa, Hot and Thin
కారపూస — సన్నని కారం
Karapoosa is the hot, thin diamond or stick snack. A plate with tea is the usual serving. On a very plain lunch, a few pieces beside hot rice and a spoon of pickle give the crunch a pappad would have given.
It is already chilli-hot. Do not dust it with more karam powder or it becomes only heat. Tin closed.
