Ghee Mysore Pak, a Small Square
నేతి మైసూర్ పాక్ — చిన్న చతురస్రం
Nei mysore pak is rich because the ghee is the sweet as much as the sugar. Cut a small square. Serve it at the end of a festival meal or with filter coffee. It should snap, then melt.
If the tin was cold, let the piece stand for ten minutes. Do not heat it in a pan or the ghee will run out and leave a hard crumb.
